Tournament Rules

-30-50 lion fish hunters representing their home countries. If equal numbers of hunters cannot be achieved we will use a sliding scale to keep it as honest and fair as possible. Remember the ultimate goal is International awareness and a massive amount of lion fish removed in the same weekend throughout the entire Caribbean.

-Leave the dock at 9am local time, all lion fish must be back at the docks by 4pm our they will not be counted

-Free diving, scuba, snuba or whatever your into is allowed.

-Boats carrying participants must have equal amount of participants to keep things fair as there is cash on the line for 1st, 2nd, and third place boats per country.

-This is a quantity tournament. It’s easy MOST FISH REMOVED FOR THE DURATION WINS!!!

-Caribbean Lion Fish Coalition will furnish judges for all countries participating

-Divers will furnish all their own equipment and transportation to their favorite lion fish hunting spots. As you are hunting your home waters there are no restrictions on where you can go. Only the time limit set

-Top country will take the Title, Trophy, and split a generous cash prize between all participating members. The trophy will be engraved and held in the winning country until next years tournament.
